+ Legal Framework

PAC - Antioquia´s legal standing is covered by article No. 591 of June 16th   1965, issued by the Government of Antioquia and Resolution No. 009376 of   of December 30th 1994 issued by the Ministry of Social Protection, which authorises it to provide specialist services in any part of the country.

+ IPS

Apart from the above it is established before the Dirección Seccional de Salud de Antioquia as an IPS (Institución Prestadora de Salud), a Health Servicing Institution, of Medium Complexity, with code No. 00118.
